The name of this wine means thirsty, and when we first thought of the style we wanted, the picture was clear. We wanted a wine that we would share with our family every day. That way Sediento was born, a young, fresh and very fruity wine that invites to be enjoyed up to the last glass.

Red Blend

Variety: 50% Malbec  and 50% Bonarda.
Region: Rivadavia, Mendoza Argentina.
Altitude: 650 msnm
Color:  Brilliant red.
Aroma:  Fresh red fruits like plums.
Taste:  Round with noble tannins.
Drinking Temperature: Between 16º and 18º Celsius (61º and 65º F).
Fermentation: In concrete tanks with epoxy lining. Selected yields, temperature between 24º to 26º Celsius.
Enological technique: Classic maceration with two daily removals during 15 days. Natural malolactic fermentation. Pneumatic pressed.i cuisine
